RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic SME in Stockport who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to support the Finance Director with company growth. You will join a small team of 4 people and report back to the FD on a daily basis.

The Role
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Accruals and prepayments
Monthly Profit & Loss
VAT Returns
Supporting and overseeing a small transactional team
Supporting projects, company growth and process improvements
Assisting with year end and audit preparations
The Person
CIMA/ACCA part qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification
At least 2+ years experience working as a Management Accountant
Experienced in managing or supervising a small team
Experience with an accounts management role
Strong IT skills including accounting software and MS Excel
Experience using bespoke systems will be an advantage
