Recruitment Resourcer
to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in recruitment. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required — full training will be provided. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing quality candidates, supporting consultants, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools. Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms. Conducting initial phone and video interviews to qualify candidates Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and providing regular updates. Maintaining and updating candidate records on the company database. Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate shortlists. Assisting in coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback. Performing general administrative duties to support the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For: A proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in using online platforms.
