Ensuring compliance with company processes for team management, such as managing sickness and absences. The Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership experience in a similar role. Demonstrated expertise in credit control and cash collection. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with a wide variety of individuals across the organisation.
