We are seeking a Sustainability Content Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team.

We are looking for someone to support the Marketing Manager in driving Stone’s brand identity and online presence through the creation and sharing of multimedia content. The successful candidate is a technical wordsmith and needs to demonstrate an operational level of understanding on successful content production including the channels to deliver and manage these. This role is intended to support the sustainability goals and achievements of the business, and ensure these are promoted internally and externally.

Key tasks will involve:

Enhance Brand Image: Work to position the company as a leader in sustainability through strategic content and marketing initiatives.

Lead Content Creation: Oversee the production of various content types, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, ensuring they highlight sustainability initiatives.

Monitor Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainability and content marketing, integrating these insights into strategies.

Engage with Audience: Foster engagement with the target audience through interactive and educational content that promotes sustainability.

Support channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.

Understand the best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.

Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.

Help drive SEO, Google search rankings, and organic web traffic by building backlinks to the Stone website through active engagement with key vendors.

Help drive our SEO and social-driven traffic by actively engaging with key content sharers and influencers.

Identify best ROI opportunities for paid social media tactics and optimise campaigns and spend accordingly to maximise ROI.

Track and report on Content KPIs.

This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for.

Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.

Managing production of multimedia content.

Creation/sourcing and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans, including the development of a social media publication plan and rich content production including video case studies and corporate video.

Assist in the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, PDFs, emails, banners, etc., either in-house or through third-party suppliers.

Comply with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures.

Support Stone’s sustainability strategy.

To undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the reporting manager.

The suitable candidate will have:

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, English or related field.

Essential Experience:

Passion for sustainability and sharing great stories.

Ability to develop content which provokes engagement.

Proactive and can-do attitude.

Google Analytics.

Social Media Analytics.

Keyword placement and SEO best practices.

Experience with online community building.

It is also desired to possess the following:

Previous experience in Content/Copywriting role.

Working within a ‘Technical’ industry.

Proficient with popular content management systems.

Full training will be provided.

Job details:

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week.

The working days are Monday to Friday.
