Job Summary: As the Social Media Manager, you will lead the execution of our 2025 social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth for products. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact content and activations that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to ensure our social channels drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution: * Implement the 2025 social media strategy focused on growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving community interaction across platforms like Instagram and Facebook. * Launch localised and interactive content, including educational posts, flavour highlights, and to resonate with our target audience. * Deliver strategic collaborations, contests, and event activations to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Campaign Development: * Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with key growth buckets, such as festivals, pop-up activations, and collaborations. * Utilise content creators for event coverage, real-time storytelling, and educational moments to enhance brand reach and engagement. * Develop contests and challenges to incentivize user interaction and expand social reach. Performance Monitoring: * Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to optimize content relevance and identify emerging trends. * Track and report on KPIs, such as follower growth, engagement rates, impressions, and conversions, to inform future strategy. Collaboration: * Work closely with marketing, CRM, and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals. * Partner with agencies to manage budgets, prioritize impactful activities, and ensure content compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Compliance and Governance: * Ensure all social media activities adhere to age-gating, geo-fencing, and PMI's marketing code requirements. * Collaborate with legal teams to pre-approve all content and activations, maintaining transparency and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience in managing social media strategies, ideally within regulated industries. * Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels relevant to target audiences. * Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting performance metrics. * Creative thinking with a focus on engaging and interactive content creation. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
