Key Responsibilities: Scheduling sales opportunities for a Business Development Manager to meet with business owners/Directors to sell services. Ensuring quality B2B conversations establish the need for our service. Working towards daily targets around call time and appointments booked. Maintaining a low cancellation rate. Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activity. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your own sales pipeline. Updating Salesforce with accurate information. Working on campaign data, targeting industry sectors or specific lead sources. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture. Qualifications: Proven experience in a B2B sales role. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
