Consultant , you’ll play a key role in helping customers turn their ideas into reality while driving sales success. What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving sales from initial enquiry through to order completion, including upselling to maximise every opportunity.
Providing outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and via email.
Managing the estimation process, preparing pricing and interpreting customer drawings and requirements.
Handling sales administration and keeping the sales database up to date.
Working collaboratively with your team to ensure an exceptional showroom experience.
Maintaining a sharp eye for detail to ensure all sales are processed accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Confidence in communicating with customers and building rapport.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A flair for influencing and problem-solving to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for working as part of a team.
