The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Business Partner should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
