Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep up to date with the latest trends in the retail industry. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the HR team. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners. Maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talents. Oversee the company's recruitment budget. The Successful Applicant A successful Recruitment Business Partner should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
