This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction team to ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity on-site.
Utilise Civil 3D software for planning and design purposes as required.
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure alignment on objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in using Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage teams efficiently.
