Here at Purovets, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent small animal practice in a highly sought-after town in the West Midlands. Our client is one of the few remaining independent practices in the area, known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, modern facilities, and commitment to providing high-quality, pragmatic care. This practice takes pride in being affordable and is firmly opposed to the corporate model.

Our client is seeking a skilled Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team in an ongoing position Thursdays and possibly every other Saturday. You will be working alongside a group of experienced veterinary professionals, including a Veterinary Surgeon with a certificate in Dermatology, three RVNs, three Receptionists, and one Kennel Assistant, all of whom are ready to provide support when needed.
The practice is modern and spacious, equipped with top-of-the-range facilities including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, blood testing, ophthalmology, dentistry, and more. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is capable and confident in working autonomously. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and a collaborative team spirit is highly valued.
