Calibre Search are working alongside a leading & global real estate advisory firm now looking to add a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Manchester (open to Leeds as well).
You'll be part of a highly skilled and established in-house Construction Project Delivery team delivering on some major industrial shed Commercial High Rise Office/Residential block schemes working on behalf of some of the world's biggest distributors & developers across the North of England.
Ideally, you will be RICS degree qualified with a number of years under your belt working via a construction consultancy or client-side role. You don't have to be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB), but the Practice encourages and supports those who wish to become chartered.
This position allows you to make your own mark as this sector of work is expected to increase in the new year, and you'll play a significant role in delivering projects.

Duties:
Assisting and leading on the day-to-day delivery of projects and, in time, becoming confident in leading projects. Assisting other team members within the project management and QS teams. Undertaking contract administration and dealing with tenders. Producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects. Assisting in the management of consultant teams to ensure compliance with the contract. Liaising with the client on deviations from specification, budget, etc. Conducting meetings and demonstrating strong communication and client-facing skills. Ensuring that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of the project. Managing logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of projects to a high standard.
