As a Principal Consultant in our Regulatory Compliance Discipline, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ESG compliance for clients ranging from innovative startups to global multinationals. Key Responsibilities

You'll have a dual role, combining business development and technical delivery: Business Development & Client Engagement Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify opportunities for consultancy projects and lead the preparation of compelling proposals. Represent RINA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Keep abreast of ESG-related legislative changes and trends to position RINA at the forefront of the market. Advocate for RINA's capabilities through social media and other professional platforms. Technical Project Leadership Lead complex ESG regulatory compliance projects, ensuring delivery to quality, time, and budget standards. Task, supervise, and provide technical assurance for project teams. Conduct detailed technical research, analyzing engineering and legal texts. Deliver high-quality consultancy reports and technical presentations to clients. Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to achieve desired project outcomes. Team & Capability Development Act as a mentor and coach to less experienced colleagues, fostering growth and development. Collaborate with other disciplines and practices within RINA to continually enhance our market-leading technical capabilities. What We're Looking For

You're an experienced professional passionate about ESG compliance and engineering consultancy. You'll bring: A degree in a relevant engineering/scientific discipline (post-graduate preferred). Chartered Engineer/Scientist status (or working towards it). 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, including a proven track record as a Senior Consultant or equivalent role. Deep expertise in ESG regulations and a strong industry network. Exceptional skills in client relationship management, project delivery, and business development. Proven ability to write high-quality, objective, and impactful consultancy reports. Why Join Us?
