Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits
Ensure records are up to date and accurate on the system
Set up new customer accounts and put credit limitations in place
Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices via phone and email
Deal with invoice queries
Monitor the central inbox
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams
Work Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week
Profile
Successful candidates will possess:
Experience in a similar background
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £24,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus banks) + 5 days on site + Private healthcare + Staff discount platform online.
