Oliver James have partnered with a growing Engineering Organisation who are focusing on Transformation and Growing as a business. They are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join the growing team. The role requires an individual who is comfortable analysing data and modelling pricing based on various assumptions. Most of your work will involve using Microsoft Excel, CRM, and BI systems, so proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly is essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pricing, profitability, and margin analysis for services offered by the Electrical division. Analyse and interpret data provided by clients and colleagues to ensure accurate pricing. Contribute to customer account analysis and reporting. Collaborate with the Sales Team to win bids, working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams. Continuously develop systems knowledge to deliver high-quality customer service. Manage customer interactions efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Plan and manage your workload, adapting to changes in customer and business priorities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in relationship-building and collaboration. Meticulous attention to detail when working with data. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (desirable). Relevant professional analytics qualifications (desirable).
