What You’ll Do: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, from intake meetings, sourcing and screenings to offer negotiation. Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling, competitor analysis and market mapping. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing transparent communication, personalised interaction and timely feedback. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process. Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes. Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives. Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent. Qualifications

Who You Are: You have at least 8 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software or technology industry. Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent for GTM roles. Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally. Excellent communicator, both written and verbally. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes. Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth and global environment. Additional language is appreciated. Additional Information
