My client, a leader in property, is searching for a Senior Developer/Architect to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions for their property platform. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and containerisation to drive system performance and collaboration across teams. This is a Hybrid role in London outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop core features for the property platform, focusing on data ingestion, processing, and publishing. Integrate external APIs and Real Time data sources. Optimise mechanisms for geospatial data storage and retrieval. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in
Python or Node.JS
on the Back End 5+ years of experience in Back End development for
data-intensive applications . Experience with integrating
external APIs
and data sources to provide Real Time data and updates within the system. Experience of Containerisation using
Docker/Kubernetes
would be ideal Knowledge of
geospatial data handling
would be beneficial Cloud platforms (preferably
