Management Accountant/Finance Manager

Job Opportunity: Management Accountant/Finance Manager Location: Leicester Salary: Neg Our client are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant who is ready to move into a Finance Manager position within a SME business. The finance team are a small team who work very collaboratively together. The Role: You will play a significant role in financial planning, providing accurate and timely financial and operational information reporting directly to the Finance Director. Day to day duties will involve: Excellent usage and knowledge of Sage 50 Overseeing the debtor management Profit & loss, balance sheets and appropriate management information Payroll management and accuracy Producing effective reports using Excel Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve financial performance Structure and organised Good leadership skills with confidence of working with a well-established team Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be working as a Management Accountant and ready to move into a Finance Manager role or alternatively already be a Finance Manager. Industry experience within Manufacturing, Industrial or Engineering sectors would be essential experience needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Sage 50 and Excel
