EKRCC offers high quality support services for women and girls in East Kent who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. We are seeking an innovative and inspiring woman to be the figurehead of the charity and to be responsible for leading and managing the service, maintaining the accredited status of the service and developing the service further using evidence-based practice. You will work with the management team and Board of Trustees to ensure the financial security and sustainability of the organisation. You will also be the voice of the service, championing the rights of women and challenging societal attitudes that condone and collude with sexual violence, to create a community where women and girls are free from all forms of sexual violence. Note:
