An exciting opportunity is now available for a luxury SUPERVISOR (No2) of a highly reputable British heritage brand selling unrivalled craftsmanship and quality of country attire, accessories, footwear, leather goods, and homewares - their clothing to support the country and shooting lifestyle.

Our client has over 200 years of heritage and 3 royal warrants awarded for their outstanding service and craftsmanship for both bespoke and ready-made shooting instruments. Their high net-worth clients travel from across the globe to buy the master of their products.

Role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor is the No2 in the boutique and is responsible for a team of 3 sales consultants. Brand Ambassador. Cultivating long-term relationships with clients. A motivator and driver of the team to achieve all KPI targets. Support the manager's performance and manage the team. Support the manager with store operations and administration. Excellent with time management and organisation. A task completer and solution finder. Have outstanding attention to detail with store standards and visual merchandising. Set an example of exceptional clientelling and CRM. Plan and organise regular events through marketing. Lead by example by closing sales and providing exceptional service delivery. Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a luxury Supervisor or Senior Sales ready for progression ideally from a luxury boutique setting. Experience supervising a team of over 4 people. Experience leading, training, and developing a team. Experience in luxury Ladieswear, Menswear, or lifestyle. Excellent eye for attention to detail and visual merchandising. Confident and outgoing personality with a strong customer focus. Understanding/passion for country sports and country living/lifestyle. Commercially focused - reporting and driving KPI's and sales targets. MS Office - Intermediate or above. Team player. Confident to handle demanding clientele. Must be articulate and have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Smart and well-groomed in appearance. Additional to salary is: bonus, clothing allowance, discount, 28 days hols, pension, and private health.
