Work closely with the Paid Performance team to help source imagery to be used across all the paid channels, collating the creative and content, briefing the studio and copy team to make any amends so it's fit for platform, and then sharing this brief with the agency. You'll support the Paid Performance team with delivering all paid media performance activity across UK and ROI (Paid Search, Paid Social & Display and Affiliates). Support the Paid Search Specialist in optimising the product feed, working with other teams across the business and at the agency to fix any issues with the feed. Work with the performance team to identify areas to test and learn within the feed, testing AI where relevant. Deliver strategic CRM offer campaigns monthly including cross-sell, non-redeemer and lapse. You will be an exceptional planner, responsible for delivering against the CRM & Sparks offer calendar, CRM activity planner and the campaign critical path. Support the offer campaign forecast, offer set up process with Sparks (M&S loyalty programme), customer targeting data briefs, and evaluate the weekly results. You'll be fully accountable for the copy, imagery, design, links, tracking, QA, scheduling and monitoring of CH offer campaigns. Some of the tasks you can expect to be involved with include:

End-to-end campaign management process for cross-sell, non-redeemer and lapse Management of monthly supplier invoicing working across the team and with finance to ensure payments are made on time. Attend the weekly Campaign Implementation meeting to keep up to date on any changes to content and help responding to activity briefs and fill out PIRs. Learn to be confident in reporting on performance of all Paid Media channels and CRM including KPIs and budget when deputising for other team members. Support the wider team in the delivery of department OKR's and with executing the testing roadmap. Who you are

Strong interest and experience in Paid Media marketing and customer marketing. Willingness to further develop skills in Paid Media and CRM Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and react quickly to changing business priorities. Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently. Excited and proud to deliver great performance results. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and confident in dealing with external agency and supplier representatives. Experience in using Excel, Powerpoint and Word applications. Everyone's Welcome
