specialising in the Public Sector. What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to head up our Public Sector business, to capitalise on Public Sector temporary, interim and FTC opportunities across the Birmingham area. Warm client base:

Work with a warm client base on the national framework, targeting Government Agencies, Not-for-profit organisations, Local Authorities and the NHS. Framework Management:

Supported by our National Public Sector Account Manager, establish and maintain key client relationships. 360 Recruitment Role:

Persuade framework clients to use Reed, selling our services to significant organisations on the framework. Role Variety:

Mostly commercial/office support roles, with opportunities to work on specialist roles too. Autonomy:

Operate independently with the chance to create a new desk and make a significant impact on the Public Sector. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing our Public Sector framework, dealing with warm clients through sales activity, developing business opportunities through targeted calls and face-to-face meetings. Your innovative and creative approaches will help Reed stand out from the competition, winning new business and expanding our existing Public Sector portfolio. What Awaits You?

Full 360 Recruitment Process:

From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures. Candidate Sourcing:

Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly. Key Relationships:

Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities. What We’re Looking For:
