Recruitment Consultant
to join our client's successful team in Basildon. Specialising in recruitment solutions across engineering, logistics, energy, and office support, they offer an exciting opportunity to manage and grow your own desk within these high-demand sectors. This full-time sales role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, competitive, and motivated by financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with both warm and cold clients across our specialised sectors to understand their recruitment needs. Team Collaboration: Partner with our skilled team of labor managers to meet client requirements efficiently and effectively. Business Development: Stay informed on industry trends and developments in engineering, logistics, energy, and office support to drive new business. Desk Management: Take ownership of your desk by making canvass calls, conducting site visits, and maintaining engagement with head offices.
Criteria
Recruitment or Sales Experience: Experience in temporary or permanent recruitment in any sector is highly beneficial, though we welcome candidates with a proven flair for sales in other recruitment industries. Drivers License and Vehicle: Must hold a valid drivers license and have access to a personal car. Proactive and Resilient: Demonstrate a confident, tenacious, and results-focused work ethic. Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Team Player: Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
