Relevant health & safety experience in Construction / Civil engineering NEBOSH Diploma for Occupational Health & Safety Management Professionals (CMIOSH) Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice Self-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally Good presentation, written, analytical and IT skills Contribute to the review and revision of health & safety policies, plans, documented procedures and forms ISO lead/internal auditor Lead accident investigation and implementation, supporting project investigation to ensure timely investigation and implementation of effective improvement/preventive measures Ability to manage other H&S team members and development Provide business reports on KPIs and attend meetings with clients and SLT Assist Business Development for health & safety aspects, including pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders Leadership skills to promote and drive compliance and improvement in H&S performance, systems and processes If your past experience doesn’t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
