We are working with an amazing performing arts charity in the heart of London who are hiring an Internal Communications Manager. The Internal Communications Manager will collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications to develop and implement communication plans that effectively reach both staff and freelancers, ensuring organisation-wide dissemination and alignment with the Internal Communications strategy. This role will manage and produce content for the internal communication channels, including the intranet, staff newsletters, and internal emails, and will leverage insights from analytics and research to identify communication challenges, enhancing the team's ability to improve messaging, listening, and engagement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and adapt a range of internal communication channels to ensure effective communication with all staff, considering different working patterns and employment models. Create, plan, edit, and deliver internal communications campaigns, content, and activities on key topics across various mediums (e.g., staff intranet, emails), ensuring consistency in tone, brand, and messaging. Maintain and promote the Internal Communication Team’s resources and toolkit ensuring consistent use throughout the organisation. Ensure internal communications are aligned with the overall strategies and plans, contributing to broader communication priorities. Handle incoming inquiries from staff and stakeholders, escalating issues to the Head of Internal Communications when necessary. Person Specification:

An excellent communicator. Confident at building strong stakeholder relationships in the business to gather intelligence. Skilled in crafting engaging communications and storytelling that connects employees. Good writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
