In this role you will:

Be responsible for various activities key to the successful running of the Unsecured Product Portfolio team, working on Personal Loans and Credit Cards delivery across HSBC, first direct and M&S Bank. Interpret data and analysis to provide compelling insights and recommendations. Communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences. Build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same. Create, develop and deliver initiatives and projects that generate incremental revenue and profit to our business area. Constantly look for ways to do things better and successfully implement change. Deliver complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success. Manage multiple stakeholders with often conflicting motivations and perspectives, including: wider Banking and Propositions colleagues, Compliance, Legal, Credit Risk, Finance, CRM & Analytics, IT, Transformation, Marketing, Digital and Distribution. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Experience working in relevant environments i.e. product management, retail banking. Experience of project, stakeholder management and organisational skills. Ability to translate data and analysis into compelling insights, recommendations and conclusions. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences. Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same. A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change. A successful track record of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success. Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills: you will be managing multiple stakeholders with often conflicting motivations and perspectives. The base location for this role will be either – 1 CS – Birmingham / Kings Meadow – Chester / first direct Leeds.
