Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a small team of two employees in the accounts department

Cashbook and bank reconciliation

Preparation of monthly budget and management accounts

Preparation of forward forecast and cashflow

Income and expense analysis

Support the finance team with other tasks that are required

Coordinate and manage periodic stocktakes along with the Warehouse Manager

Review and implement system and procedure improvements

Work with other departments to identify and implement productivity improvements

Implement digitisation with the aim to remove paper transactions

Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft software

Experience in working in a financial team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Team player

Full UK driving licence required

Qualifications

AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified (Desirable)

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

From £35,000.00 per year
