About you
* You have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
* Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
* You will be accountable for you own performance, however, autonomy and results driven flexibility will be a driving factor for you!
* You will also have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
* Ability to commute to the office in Rochdale 2 to 3 days per week
The Job
* You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path
* You will be based at home and in the office as required, and will find the right balance for you to be successful
* Focusing predominantly on permanent recruitment in specific sectors that you are confident with
* You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
