Qualification in HRM; CIPD Level 5 Essential or Equivalent Degree or CIPD Level 7 Qualification - Desirable Experience
Minium 3 years experience in Human Resources Experience of a HR Generalist or Employee Relations role at advisory level. Experience of managing complex employee relation cases. Experience of delivering employment advice and guidance to managers at all levels. Experience of Coaching / training Line Managers Proven experience in dealing with a high level of HR case management. High level of Professionalism and integrity Demonstrate commitment to fairness and the promotion of diversity & inclusion Experience of working in a large multi-site organisation.
