Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales via interaction with customers and hosting on-counter/outreach/facial events to achieve retail targets. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all of our products; use this information to meet the needs of the customer. Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features & benefits of the product and by offering related products wherever appropriate. Deliver exceptional customer service, helping to assist in any client queries and recommending skincare for clients. At quieter times, train store colleagues to understand, appreciate and love our products, and enable them to sell our products to customers to their benefit.
Skills and Experience:
Some retail experience ideally in a comparable environment an advantage. Confident, approachable and proactive with strong communication skills. Be a strong 'people person' and love building customer relationships, a team player. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail. Have a passion for beauty/skincare, a beauty therapy qualification is an advantage. Love the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets and a busy environment. Well presented with beautiful behaviour and personal grooming in line with our brand. Be able to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends.
