We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our small, supportive HR team on a range of HR administrative duties, including assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, carrying out right to work processes, dealing with day-to-day HR enquiries, and arranging training administration. The post holder will use their strong admin, IT and organisational skills to keep relevant databases and tracking tools up to date. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of HR administrative principles and processes, and their high level of awareness of personal impact paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable them to offer a fantastic level of customer service. Strong attention to detail, an ability to prioritise effectively, and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the role are key. You will be based at the Fitzwilliam Museum, which is the principal museum of the University of Cambridge and the largest cultural venue in the region. Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance. Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) and a security check.
