37 hours per week. Term Time Only Plus 15 Days. If you are an experienced pastoral worker with the ability to work with the strategic lead to shape the direction and development of the academy’s pupil attendance and behaviour, this role offers an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the further development of Whitehill Community Academy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the support provided to our most vulnerable pupils whilst also contributing to the wider life and ethos of the academy. The successful candidate must be passionate about improving pupils’ life chances through the provision of the highest quality of education and committed to achieving excellent results for the pupils. You must have a strong work ethic and high expectations of yourself and others, with the ability to lead staff and pupils in realising those expectations. You will be well supported in this role, working alongside experienced leaders and pastoral staff. A key strength of our pastoral support is the size and strength of the pastoral team which includes: Senior Leaders with responsibility for pastoral care Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead Whitehill is a large and vibrant primary academy that joined Trinity Multi Academy Trust in January 2024.
