As our Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Store Manager to create a high-performance team and an inviting shopping experience for our customers.
A Day in the Life: Kick off the day by setting team objectives. Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in finding the right products. Provide training for your team on product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Ensure the store is well maintained and organised. Wrap up the day by prepping the store for the next day’s success. Daily Responsibilities: Assist with daily store operations for smooth functionality. Step in as the acting Store Manager when needed. Deliver extraordinary shopping experiences to keep customers coming back for more. Mentor and uplift your team, fostering their growth as product experts. Ensure the store looks pristine and welcoming. Monitor expenditures and seek efficient cost-saving opportunities. Oversee stock accuracy and address any discrepancies. What We’re Looking For: A passion for customer engagement and service excellence. Experience in a retail management role. A goal-oriented mindset that thrives in a dynamic environment.
