We have an exciting opportunity for a BI Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team within our IT Directorate here at The London Clinic. This role is based at our head office in Central London with remote working available, and we are offering a competitive inclusive salary. Job Description You will be responsible for assisting in the development of reports, visualisations, dashboards, and databases including healthcare and financial systems source data. You will have a good level understanding of all SDLC stages, and experience with data warehouse environments, ETL processes, business intelligence, IT cloud solutions, and be comfortable with Financial Data and KPI’s. You will support London Clinic colleagues who are users of these solutions, including end users, software developers, operations staff, and technical support staff. Job Type: Full Time, permanent position. Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm. Location: The London Clinic Head Office – NW1 4LJ (Remote working available). Duties & Responsibilities Enhance and maintain The London Clinic’s suite of business reports and company KPI dashboards as requirements arise as well as further development of Business Intelligence solutions using the relevant required technologies. Engage with stakeholders across the business to digest problem statements, define the right metrics through analytical insights using data. Have a good command of Excel, Power BI, and SQL, helping the wide business become more data-driven, delivering insights that help them and their teams, ensuring to grow and maintain strong relationships. Support the Business Intelligence Team with Migration Projects and identify Data Sources and Systems. Gather feedback from stakeholders and identify changes required. Provide ad-hoc reports to answer business questions. Propose enhancements of the current processes and tools used in order to accelerate report production & scalability. Skills & Experience Proficiency in Azure and other cloud data services. Excellent understanding of SQL Server and the Microsoft development stack, with Cloud Solutions experience using tools such as Azure, Data Factory, Fabric. Experience in data architecture. Experience working with data warehouses, data modelling techniques, security, GDPR, and PII data handling principles. Proven experience in ETL processes. Experience in Financial and Corporate Reporting / KPI’s.
