Senior Vehicle Installation Engineer Role Overview The Senior Vehicle Installation Engineer will specialise in vehicle adaptations for people with disabilities or limited mobility. They are looking for a highly motivated team player, who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of making a difference to someone’s life by improving their mobility. There is a positive, friendly and encouraging family culture across the business. The role is primarily based at their Workshop in Peterborough, but there will be an occasional requirement to carry out installations at customers' houses or car dealerships in the branch area. The business will provide an excellent induction and training programme and on-going full support to enable you to be successful in the role.
Senior Vehicle Installation Engineer Candidate Requirements Experienced automotive mechanic or engineer, with a recognized qualification in motor vehicle mechanics Extensive experience of vehicle mechanics, electricals and body structure, having undertaken a structured training scheme or recognized apprenticeship Flexible and used to working to high standards Have a strong ability to provide excellent customer service Hold a full clean driving license Experience of and ability to train others Organized with good planning skills Motivated and able to work on own initiative
