Salary: Competitive Plus Benefits Location: Holborn Store Support Centre, London, EC1N 2HT Contract type: Permanent Business area: Nectar 360 Ltd Closing date: 27 December 2024 Requisition ID: 278624 We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That’s waiting for you at Sainsbury’s. Everything our Nectar team does is powered and fuelled by data — and by great relationships with some of the UK’s favourite brands. The Nectar 360 team focuses on developing loyalty programmes, turning amazing data into something that makes a difference, traditional media and digital. It’s like an agency-within-a-retailer, and retail media is crucial. The culture might not be what you expect either, because there’s no set-up quite like this one. The team is a real priority because it’s connected to everything the business does and drives profitability. It’s where you can take risks, learn from them and be recognised. When you join Nectar360, you become part of a fully integrated loyalty, insights, and media services agency that owns and operates the UK's largest loyalty program, Nectar. Working closely with some of the country's biggest brands, we strive to build impactful relationships with their customers by utilising our rich transactional and lifestyle data. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop deep client relationships, deliver revenue across all Nectar360 solutions, and stay ahead of the curve in a competitive environment. We foster a culture of innovation, autonomy, and future thinking, where your contributions will make a significant impact. Join us and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is redefining customer engagement in the digital age. What you'll do Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop key client relationships to drive revenue across all Nectar360 solutions in alignment with overall business targets. You will develop a deep understanding of the Nectar360 business, including insights and communication capabilities, as well as the clients' businesses to effectively manage relationships and share performance internally and externally. Your role will entail building strong relationships with clients, identifying revenue opportunities, and applying Nectar360 solutions that align with the clients' marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with key contacts, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure timely delivery of results to clients, and provide recommendations for future investment based on campaign evaluations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury's and relevant agencies, collaborate with internal teams, manage revenue generation from pipeline to conversion, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive threats to leverage opportunities. Your strong project management, communication, and presentation skills will be essential in driving success in this role. Who you are You are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of our business capabilities and a strong focus on delivering revenue across all Nectar360 solutions. With your extensive experience in client management and media sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industries, you possess the knowledge and expertise to develop and nurture key client relationships. Your exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to effectively support clients in their annual planning process, deliver results within budget and timelines, and provide valuable insights and recommendations for future investment. Your self-motivation, proactive approach, and ability to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive threats contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our business. We are committed to being a truly inclusive retailer, so you’ll be welcomed whoever you are and wherever you work. Around here, there’s always the chance to try something new - whether that’s as part of an evolving team or somewhere else across the business - and we take development seriously and promise to support you. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we’ll also offer you an amazing range of benefits. Here are some of them:

Starting off with colleague discount, you'll be able to get 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU and Habitat after 4 weeks. This increases to 15% off at Sainsbury’s every Friday and Saturday and 15% off at Argos every pay day. We've got you covered for your future with our pensions scheme and life cover. You may be eligible for a performance-related target bonus of up to 10% of salary (which may vary for Nectar360), depending on how we perform. You’ll receive an annual holiday allowance and you can buy additional holiday. We offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, pay advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers. We give up to 26 weeks’ pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks’ pay for paternity leave. Please see www.sainsburys.jobs for a range of our benefits (note, length of service and eligibility criteria may apply).
