A pioneering company producing eco-friendly and biodegradable products for the tech market, working alongside several of the world’s leading tech brands, is looking for a forward thinking and driven CMO to join them. This role will be responsible for planning and executing the global marketing strategy, across a wide range of disciplines including brand marketing, campaign execution, PR, social and influencer management, channel marketing, product communications training, ecommerce and customer service. You will manage a large team based in the UK and will be expected to deliver marketing programmes across a wide range of markets including the Americas, UK, Europe, Australia, MEA and APAC – ensuring activity remains on brand while meeting local market expectations. Key Responsibilities: Creation and development of brand strategy, underpinning the commercial goals set by the Global Leadership Team Plan and execute across marketing disciplines, managing and tracking spend against agreed budget Oversee brand communications, including the implementation of global marketing campaigns as well as day to day activity across PR, social and influencer work Accountable for product assets – packaging designs, positioning, naming, photography, video assets Work closely with the design studio manager to ensure output consistently meets brand expectations, on time and within budget Overall management of 3 rd

party agencies – selection, terms negotiation, performance management Development and execution of channel marketing programmes, including: Driving sales, underpinning the commercial objectives and delivering positive ROI Integrating the marketing efforts with the channel partners, driving strong sales leads and building deeper relationships with key accounts Ensuring best-in-class brand execution across in-store, online and voice channels Key Requirements: Be able to work in a very fast environment Be adaptable – able to deal with uncertainty and change Work across departments Provide leadership and develop the ecommerce team Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment If you have the relevant experience and this opportunity sounds interesting to you, please get in touch with a copy of your CV as soon as possible via the form below.
