THE JOB: Taking enquiries over the phone Ensuring calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally Offering excellent customer service Quoting holidays and converting them into bookings Specialising in Cruise holidays Promoting and selling additional ancillary sales on all bookings and offering upgrades to increase company profit Working towards monthly performance targets Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The successful candidate will be an experienced Travel Consultant who has specialised in selling cruise holidays for a tour operator and is looking for a new challenge. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. You will be sales driven and have excellent product knowledge of cruise holidays.
THE PACKAGE: You will receive a competitive salary up to £26,000.00 with an OTE of up to £32,000, travel concessions, educationals, and other perks in the best industry: travel!
Hours are 0900 to 1800 over 5 days, normally one or two Saturdays per month. This role is fully remote working.
