Job Description This is an exciting time to join the UK and Ireland team as a strategic HR Business Partner on a six month fixed term basis. You will work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results. Why this role is important to us As a member of the business leadership team, the HRBP will be a trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. You will be a sounding board, coach, and confidante on important matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business. Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Team and the business, you will be relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account to ensure activity adds value and underpins business strategy. Work that matters - What you'll do Shape and lead a local people strategy, which underpins our strategy both regionally and globally Manage the delivery of a complex multi-year workforce transformation programme from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift focus on a new Target Operating Model (TOM) Create a sustainable model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying the use of Strategic Workforce Planning Manage the end-to-end talent management process, supporting the business in hiring and onboarding to identify talent internally, and facilitating succession planning activity Have a focus on the employee and candidate experience across the colleague lifecycle, including all processes and ways of working Qualifications More about you Have a learning mindset and look outside to seek external industry best practice, identifying ways of working and translating these into relevant solutions Have coaching abilities to support the leadership team on matters from people issues to personal development Emotionally aware and with the ability to manage own emotions in the face of pressure and setbacks What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian Aligned with a strategic focus that can express an understanding across the scope of the HR operating model, partnering with CoE partners to implement strategy Insight-led utilising data to lead informed discussions, challenge and influence the business to help shape our business and people strategy Originate action and oversee the consequences of the decisions made.
