Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive
Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a highly renowned and long established specialist clinical negligence team based in the heart of Leeds.
The Firm/Role
The firm acts on behalf of claimants providing expert advice relating to a broad range of clinical negligence matters. All the cases that firm take on are multi-track. Caseloads are dictated by complexity, most fee earners will have less than 40 files at any one time. Fee earners are supported by the wider team of paralegals and secretaries.
Requirements: You will be a qualified solicitor/CILEX with experience handling clinical negligence files. NQ - 4 years PQE. Experience dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client's initial instructions through to archiving.
What's on offer: Competitive salary. Hybrid working. 23 days paid holiday, increasing to 26 days after 12 months continuous service.
