Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager? TXM Recruit is looking for an experienced candidate for a 3-6 month contract with hybrid working options.
Our client is incredibly busy, processing up to and over 700 invoices per month, with an annual processing volume of over £20 million!
What our client is looking for:
Someone with experience in automated invoicing; manual invoicing experience is also acceptable as they still handle a lot of manual invoicing. Experience managing invoices, understanding how to handle parked/queried invoices, and resolving issues. A proactive approach; someone who can identify problems and develop solutions rather than just report them, as there are already known invoicing issues affecting business operations. Ability to work closely with procurement. This role requires 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays at 1 PM. Our client is able to offer £30.00 per hour.
Qualifications and Background: Exposure to accounts payable/accounts receivable. Ideally, experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry, but this is not essential.
