Renewable Energy Managing Associate We are searching for a talented Renewable Energy Lawyer to join a friendly and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in commercial, projects, and/or regulatory roles. Candidates from a transactional background will also be welcomed.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the National Energy Team Head and Partners on leading edge transactions Power purchase agreements Battery optimisation and tolling contracts Clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals Low carbon support regimes Energy supply contracts Biogas offtake arrangements Ofgem licensing and electricity regulation Grid connection arrangements and private wires

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with technologies such as solar PV, wind, hydro, battery storage, energy-from-waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and district heating. Moreover, you'll be an ambitious lawyer who is keen to learn and develop personally.
