As a result, their workload continues to grow, and their busy structural team is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to assist the Director in managing and taking a lead role in checking & guiding the team. The role will involve: Overseeing projects to deliver briefs to client satisfaction. Preparing fee proposals and assisting in overseeing the financial aspects of projects. Advising the business on costs arising from alterations and amendments. Reviewing and checking the work of more junior members of the team. Undertaking 3D design - working knowledge of Tekla and Revit is an advantage. About you: Structural Engineering Degree. Chartered IStructE or MICE, or working towards it. Excellent commercial awareness. Hands-on approach to design and up-to-date understanding of Eurocodes and industry standards. Above average communication skills.
