We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role To further build iion’s position as a global game advertising player we are looking for someone to spearhead the publisher sales team. The global head of publisher growth becomes a vocal advocate for monetization and leads iion's publisher sales efforts to the next level. The role reports into the VP of Marketplaceand is a remote role with some travel involved. The position is primarily open to candidates who reside in the European time zone, but feel free to apply from other locations, if you are a perfect match. Role Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new publishers across Prebid, TAM, SDK and GAM integrations Fine tune and implement sales strategies across various regions and market segments to further accelerate publisher growth Build, coach and lead a global team of publisher sales managers Drive sales to key accounts through existing relationships and new leads Work closely with marketing to implement an ABM strategy, develop sales materials and identify marketing opportunities Forecast, track and measure sales KPIs using CRM and reporting Attend industry events, webinars and roadshows to strengthen partnerships and maintain your industry knowledge Role Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience with selling to game publishers An in-depth understanding of the programmatic and Google ecosystems Previous experience managing a global team of publisher salespeople Existing relationships with mobile gaming and web publishers is highly regarded Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar.
