You'll be managing localisation projects for various channels including Digital, Social, TV, and print, working across campaigns for major global brands.
Key Responsibilities
The PM will collaborate with a number of global clients on various localisation projects. Their primary duties will include:
Project Oversight: Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, including tracking production progress, managing approvals, and ensuring final deliveries. Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication on a day-to-day basis. Brief Analysis: Receiving and analysing briefs from Account Managers and Account Directors. Media Plan Review: Reviewing and interpreting media plans accompanying the briefs. Resource Planning: Allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements. Team Briefing: Coordinating with the Transcreation and Studio teams to align on project deliverables. Project Tracking: Monitoring time management and managing scope changes. Timesheet Management: Keeping personal timesheets consistently updated. Skills
The candidate should possess:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets. Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience of working on localisation projects. This role is based in central London; candidates will be required to work 3 days on-site in the office and 2 days wfh.
