It’s an exciting time to join our Financial Operations team here at AXA Health. We’re recruiting a Finance Cost Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract to be responsible for processing charges to occupational health clients on a case-by-case basis. You’ll provide prompt and accurate technical support and guidance to other teams and departments to ensure accurate information is given to customers. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Assessing cases raised on AXA’s customer relationship management system (AXIS). Monitoring daily and monthly activity. Ensuring cases are accurate and correct, and approving cases for invoicing. Raising and resolving queries relating to occupational health cases raised. Working within a vital process in the team which enables our Occupational Health clients to be invoiced accurately and within agreed timescales. Awareness and adherence to relevant policies/guidance (both internal and external), to ensure effective procedures and controls. Provide adequate and accurate documentation, evidence and commentary for all internal and external review of Health Services controls. Work across the wider department and around the business to improve processes and to improve customer experience. Deputise for other Finance Cost Administrators when required. What you’ll bring: Well organised and an ability to work to tight deadlines. Financial control and governance mindset. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, in particular Excel. Knowledge of AXA systems advantageous (particularly AXIS). Working knowledge/ understanding of accounting principles. Understand/ analyse complex financial information. Attention to detail. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
