Job Description Provide financial analysis and reports for departmental and companywide use. Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets. Identify potential areas of financial improvement and provide recommendations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Work closely with other team members within the Accounting & Finance department. Present financial findings to management, providing an accurate view of the company's financial status. Support strategic decision-making with robust financial data. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the property market. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Analyst should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and standards. A keen interest in and understanding of the property industry. What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum. A supportive, friendly and professional work environment.
