Record results on the Qualsafe portal for SIA linked EFAW
Monitor and respond to training in-box
Respond to queries from learners
Send evaluation forms to learners following courses
Receive, monitor and evaluate feedback from learners, highlighting to Training Manager as necessary
Skills and Knowledge Essential Ability to create and use spreadsheets
Educated to CGSE standard or equivalent
Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers
A good understanding of GDPR in practice
Desirable Proficient in use of Google & Microsoft Suites
Previous Training Admin experience
Key Performance Indicators Maintain up to date records
Produce and dispatch joining instructions and course paperwork
Produce regular reports
