JOB TITLE: Online Merchandiser LOCATION: Moorgate, City of London CONTRACT: Full-Time HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days a week PAY RATE: Starting at £30,000 per annum JOB OVERVIEW Proactive, dedicated & passionate about trading online, the Online Merchandiser will be key in running and executing web merchandising tasks effectively & seamlessly. As an expert on converting traffic online, this role will cover all aspects of keeping the site up to date both aesthetically & commercially.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work alongside the merchandising & operations team to deliver online trading tasks. Work alongside online customer services for seamless back- end operations. Responsible for assisting the co.uk &.com sites using multiple platforms. Support the team on the projects sitting on the digital roadmap. Ownership of web KPI- Gross/Net sales, Conversion, AOV, UPT. Support the Assistant Merchandising Manager & The Head of Online Trading on all web trading operations. Responsible for content, product & stock accuracy on the web. Support day to day online merch entailing customer journey from the landing page to checkout for UK and other international url's. Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website. Update homepage, sorting algorithms, sort & filter, LHN/ top navigation, with mobile-first strategy. Assist in producing weekly trade reports, sharing insights on WoW & YoY performances. Work alongside the online executives to ensure there is consistency in all live campaigns. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure CS queries & stock allocation are accurate & up to date. Flag missing stock and raise requests for higher stock allocation for bestsellers. Assist the merchandisers on PLP, PDP, accurate product recommendations etc. Own the reconciliation & any investigative procedures related to both gross & net sales. Implement AB tests online with a clear view of the desired outcome. SKILLS & KNOW-HOW Experience in online retail merchandising environment, preferably women’s fashion. Advanced excel, google sheets & data management skills. Preferred- user of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Avid user of Google Analytics. Strong communication skills Experience or interest in HTML, or any other coding language.
