This premium accessories retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to its team. The company offers bespoke products to its ever-growing customer base, providing excellent service throughout its stores, allowing for an optimal customer experience.

The role will entail the day-to-day running of the store, taking responsibility for store standards, driving performance, and ensuring members of your team fulfill their potential. Setting a positive environment in the store will also be important to create a favorable culture for shoppers and staff alike.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management-level position, demonstrating clear capabilities to lead a team. Organizational skills will be critical to success, whilst a passion for retail will also be necessary to identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £32,000 as well as a generous bonus scheme to further enhance your OTE.
