Due to a successful internal appointment, we are excited to be looking to appoint an excellent and dynamic year group leader for the incoming Year 7 for 2025. We are seeking an individual who has a desire to inspire our young people and the community, joining in the Spring term in order to lead on transition from Year 6.
The rapid growth of the school follows the exceptional and sustained progress the community has made in recent years, which is due, at least in part, to our desire to provide exceptional pastoral support for our students.
St Andrew’s is a school that has love at its core. You see it in the relationships across the entire community; both in the classrooms and the corridors; and in the excellent pastoral care that every student is given. We can say this with confidence due to the regular and ongoing feedback we seek from all stakeholders, ensuring that every member of the community has a voice in the school’s future.

It truly is an exciting time to join St Andrew’s. Whilst a uniquely impressive amount of growth and progress has been made in recent years, there is still so much impact to be made as the school continues to go from strength to strength.
